《Drinks International》杂志公布2012年全球最受欢迎葡萄酒品牌，智利甘露酒业（Concha y Toro）再次荣获第一。来自全球各地葡萄酒组织的60名专家参加评选，包括数名葡萄酒大师：Peter McCombie、Peter Marks、Tuomas Meriluoto、Kym Milne和Lynne Sherriff。桃乐丝（Torres）也连续两年获得了第二名，其次是安东尼（Antinori）、奔富（Penfolds）、杰卡斯（Jacob’s Creek）、肯德杰克逊（Kendall-Jackson）、Michel Chapoutier、Guigal、Vega Sicilia、Chateau Margaux。
「最受欢迎葡萄酒品牌（Most Admired Wine Brands）」的总编Graham Holter在开篇总结中提到：“评选结果显示了葡萄酒行业对其领头羊的看法。这个单子上的品牌无所不在，无论是在上海的会议室里，还是在美国明尼苏达州的商店里。恭祝这些能够排上名次的品牌。”
